Your USW negotiating team is unanimously recommending ratification of the tentative agreement that was recently negotiated with the University of St. Michael’s College administration. The Union has also reached a tentative Pay Equity and Job Evaluation agreement with USMC which, if ratified, will make the University compliant with the Pay Equity Act and will bring in a fair and
transparent system to determine the classification and pay level for jobs going forward.
